 Face Atelier Ultra Foundation Sample..

Product Information: "The heart and soul of FACE atelier – an innovative approach to foundation that allows you to be in control.  Ultra Foundation is a silicone-based emulsion that floats on top of the skin, doesn’t crease or flake, and lasts all day long.  Hydrating yet oil-free, it obscures tiny lines and pores to ensure a smooth finish.  No primer needed!  It's built into Ultra Foundation, thanks to the super sophisticated, silicone-based formula.   Another bonus - it sets without powder, preserving the youthful, dewy finish.

Got those “I can never find my shade” foundation blues?  Only FACE atelier allows you to infinitely adjust your foundation shade.  Add a drop of Zero Plus or revolutionary Zero Plus Plus to go a shade darker, or a splash of Zero Minus to lighten.   Superstar Heat adds warmth, transforming shades before your very eyes.

Trade Secret: The silicone molecule is bigger than the human pore, allowing Ultra Foundation to form a lightweight, breathable second skin that is both moisture and oil resistant.  It is truly non-comedogenic and is ideal for troubled or mature skin.

Ultra Foundation's top-secret formulation creates an optical blurring effect that diminishes fine lines and wrinkles and gives the illusion of a smoother, more uniform and naturally dewy finish.  No wonder it's the foundation of choice for stars like Fergie and Lady Gaga!"

Hey beauts!
I had completely forgotten that I'd ordered a sample of the Face Atelier Ultra Foundation so unexpectedly, it arrived this morning. To be honest, I ordered it out of curiosity and I just wanted to see what the foundation was about.
These samples were ordered in the shades #10 Cocoa and #11 Mink. I ordered two as I wasn't too sure which colour I would be but by the looks of it, neither of them are! Though I haven't yet sampled this on my face (as I didn't want to waste product because I'm not going anywhere), #10 Cocoa looks like it'll be too light and #11 Mink looks too dark :(
When I'm ready to test the foundation on my face, I may mix the two shades together in hope for a decent colour match and we will see where it goes from there. Though having said that, they make a shade called Zero Plus which may be used to darken other shades or used as a foundation itself.
I'm thinking Zero Plus itself might be my colour match.

Here are swatches I took of the two shades:

Does anyone out there wear MAC NC50 and own the Face Atelier Ultra Foundation? If so, what shade do you wear?
